CottageCuisine.com is a marketplace where you can discover and order delicious homemade foods from licensed cottage food chefs across Arizona. It’s like a farmers market, but online!


2. Is the food safe and legally made?

Yes! All chefs on CottageCuisine.com are licensed under Arizona’s Cottage Food Program, meaning they follow state guidelines for food safety and proper labeling.


3. How do I pay for my food?

Apple Pay, Google Pay and Credit Cards are accepted. Payment should only be made on this website, CottageCuisine.com.


4. How do I know who I’m buying from?

Each product listing includes a chef profile, so you can learn more about the person behind the recipe, their background, and what makes their food special.


5. Can I get food delivered?

Delivery is available only to approved zip codes. If a flat delivery fee appears after entering your address at checkout, you may select it and choose a delivery time. If no fee appears, schedule a local pickup instead. Scheduling delivery to an unapproved zip code will forfeit your purchase.


6. How do I place an order?

Just browse the site, add items to your cart, and check out like any other online store. Unlike other stores, you will need to schedule a specific date and time for deliver or pickup before completing your order.


7. Can I contact the chef directly with questions or custom requests?

Absolutely! Each chef has a contact button on their profile that uses WhatsApp Messenger. You can message them with questions or special requests.


8. Do you offer refunds or returns?

Because food is perishable and made-to-order, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If there’s a problem with your order, contact the chef directly or reach out to our support team at admin@cottagecuisine.com.


9. Why am I able to schedule delivery when no delivery fee is available?

If a delivery fee option does not appear after entering your contact information on the checkout screen, delivery is not available to your zip code. Schedule a local pickup instead. Scheduling delivery to an unapproved zip code will forfeit your purchase.
