Baked Apple Butter (Seasonal)

This isn’t the apple butter that you’re used to!  This is creamy, with baked apple pieces and a little hint of cinnamon to bring it all together.  Use this sweet, delicious butter on your morning bagel or toast, melt it over pancakes, waffles or French toast, spread it on freshly baked cornbread muffins or slather inside of a flour tortilla, fold in half, and toast in a pan – sprinkle with cinnamon sugar to complete a quick and easy dessert! (1/2 Cup stick molded into 1 tablespoon portions)
