By placing an order, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your designated payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and fees.
4. Responsibilities
4.1. Product Information: It is your responsibility to review product descriptions, ingredient lists, allergen information, and any other relevant details provided by Vendors before making a purchase. We do not assume any responsibility for discrepancies or inaccuracies in product information.

5. Disputes and Refunds
5.1. Disputes: Any disputes regarding products or transactions should be resolved directly with the Vendor. We may, at our discretion, assist in facilitating communication between you and the Vendor to resolve disputes.
5.2. Refunds: Refund policies vary by Vendor and are governed by the Vendor’s terms and conditions. Please refer to the specific Vendor’s policies for information on refunds, returns, and cancellations.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. Disclaimer: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any warranties or representations regarding the products sold on the Platform, including but not limited to their quality, safety, or legality. We do not assume any liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform or the products purchased through it.
